Yes, under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act you are required to obtain council approval to occupy your new fitout space. Under normal conditions most commercial office approvals are approved efficiently with little effect on the overall timeline of the office fitout. We manage this process by initially obtaining the Complying Development Certificate (CDC) then finally obtaining the Occupation Certificate (OC) prior to your relocation.
We work with your in-house IT manager or your external consultants & service providers to establish your IT requirements. We manage the cabling works and integrate your service providers into the construction program to ensure your IT is up and running for cut over.
