What is your guarantee our new office fitout will be of high standard?
Whatever your budget requirement we provide high quality workmanship and as such we provide a lease term guarantee to rectify any faulty workmanship free of charge. We consider product guarantees during product selection and advise you prior to making a decision.
Do we need council approval for our office fitout?
Yes, under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act you are required to obtain council approval to occupy your new business premises. Under normal conditions most commercial office approvals are approved efficiently with little effect on the overall timeline of the office fitout. We manage this process by initially obtaining the Complying Development Certificate (CDC) then finally obtaining the Occupation Certificate (OC) prior to your relocation.
Is your fee included in the fitout cost?
We itemise our fee alongside all other costs you will be paying for your office fitout.
Do you manage the IT component?
We work with your in-house IT team or your external consultants & service providers to establish your IT requirements. We manage the cabling works and integrate your service providers into the construction program to ensure your ITC is up and running for cut over.

We can drive rentals down, maximise your incentives and structure lease terms to suit your business.

Yes we undertake a needs analysis and prepare a Request for Proposal to be sent to the leasing market, we shortlist the responses and provide the best solutions for you.

We are your advocate and we negotiate on your behalf to get you the best deal on your commercial property, we are professional and represent your best interests.

How long does the process usually take?
3 to 9 months depending on many contributing factors such as finding the right premises, size, terms and conveyancing.
