Since we completed SMBC’s office fitout in 2005, SMBC have experienced exponential growth and recently occupied Level 40 Chifley Tower. SMBC operation is now spread over two floors encompassing 2600 square meters, their front of house now situated on Level 40.

SMBC selected idpm due to our enthusiastic approach, our commitment to provide cost effective solutions, our past experience and ultimately SMBC felt secure with idpm to deliver their new customised office space on time and with an expert they could trust.

Ultimately we undertook a complete office refurbishment of 1300sqm within 8 weeks of appointment, inclusive of all preliminary activities such as building owner approvals and statutory approvals and contractor appointment.
