We have been commissioned to provide ongoing marketing fitout designs for 1 O'Connell Street, SYDNEY.

1 O'Connell is currently undergoing a major building upgrade and to help potential tenants, tenant reps and leasing agents conceptualise the premises we have been working alongside CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle and the building owners Harina and Lend Lease to provide the following services:

  • Conceptual Space planning
  • Floor splits
  • Base building surveys
  • Tenant briefings and space planning
  • Computer generated images
  • Display suite creation
